Cost
Free to create a profile and apply to events. Paid tiers add priority visibility, analytics and higher limits.
Fees, plainly
One flat platform fee on every sale: 8% + $0.40 per transaction, card processing included. Tickets under $20 pay 5% + $0.50 instead. Same rate on every tier. It's added at checkout, so your price is your price. No setup fee, no listing fee, no monthly minimum.
Questions we get
How long does setup take? +
Usually a day. Send us your details and we build the profile. You can edit anything yourself afterwards.
Do I need to download anything? +
Your business dashboard runs in your browser. Your customers use the app, and your staff use it at the door to scan tickets, redeem perks and, for vendors, go live. It's free on both stores.
What does it cost to be listed? +
Nothing. You only pay the platform fee when you sell something through Limelite, and that fee is added at checkout.
When do I get paid? +
Payouts go straight to your bank through Stripe. Ticket and booking money settles on Stripe's standard schedule.
My venue is already on the map but I didn't put it there. What's that? +
We list well-known Atlanta spots from public information so the map is useful on day one. Claim it with a business email or phone and it's yours to run, or ask us to take it down.
Can my staff help manage it? +
Yes. Add team members with their own logins and roles.
I'm not in Atlanta. +
We're Atlanta-first for now. Sign up anyway and we'll tell you when we reach your city.
